“Jerry, after speaking to you on the phone yesterday, I knew that I had struck gold. I could tell immediately that you were a caring and organized person that would find us exactly what we were after. Thank you so much for your promptness. My mother and I have explored one of the homes, have an appointment to look at another, and are planning to call the third today. So far, the home we have looked at is so perfect. What a cut above the ones I looked into that were listed on the internet. My dad is planning to visit today to have lunch at the home we visited already. He is very anxious to get out of the nursing home and have a warm, friendly environment to rest in. Thank you, thank you, thank you. You have no idea what a blessing you have been and a relief to our entire family that was nearly out of our minds with worry and depression.”
“Tami, thank you so much for your beautiful, sweet effort working with me. You really took the edge off what was a very painful, stressful process…
Again, Tami, you gave me a gift of gentle leading. You do excellent work. A gifted gal.”
Thank you for your prayers. Mom is still in the AFH and she is declining quickly. I am not sure how long we will have her here… This world does not make it easy to get old. I can’t thank you enough for all of your encouragement and prayers. I know the Lord led me to you and I believe that He has placed you specifically here to help people in what can be a very difficult time. Thank you for being obedient to your calling. Bless you and may the Lord repay you ten fold for all your kindness.”
Hi Brittany, Things really went downhill with my mom really fast and she passed away yesterday. Thank you for following up with me and for all of your help earlier. You offer a wonderful service to people and were a great help to me in navigating the system.
“I first met Michelle while training (to advise families). I was a new hire and she was there to help the instructor. Why? Because she was one of the highest achievers in the company and had so much to share. And share she did! I learned so much from Michelle-not only at that 3 day session-but over the next few years. Her depth of knowledge in the senior care industry makes her uniquely qualified to help families find the perfect solution for their loved ones. I endorse her and her husband due to their compassion and integrity above all else.”

- John, Hospital Social Worker
“Michelle, thank you so much for all of your help with Mr. L. You are greatly appreciated! You guys make things so much easier for me.”
- Brandi (Social Worker in Skilled Nursing Facility)
You have been such a precious God Send! I put Daddy in respite for five days to see how he would acclimate to his new surroundings…It is such a warm, welcoming, caring, safe, and pleasant environment! It makes such a tremendous difference when people are true caregivers who take their work seriously and have had considerable training in dementia and redirecting their patients..He’s finally all set to go!
Thanks again, for all of your help…I think the way he has been treated at the hospital and the new residence (rather than completely ignored a good share of the time) has made a profound difference! He feels loved and accepted.
You’re awesome! God loves you and so do I!
“Dear Michelle, thank you for taking the helm…You have brought the heart and spirit back. We so appreciate your warmth and kindness and professional spirit. You are a treasure. Thank you for facilitating the kind care of my mom.”
Thank you so much for your excellent advice and follow-up. You must be that company’s greatest asset!

Thank you so much for checking in…you are so kind! …I understand my friend… has been in contact with you recently. She is a sweetheart and she and her husband take such good care of her dad. They all attend our church and are just the nicest family. She mentioned how helpful and kind you have been…thank you so much. You are a God-send, Stacy. It is so hard to navigate all the difficult options and choices for our parents as they age, and to have someone like you on our side who is so knowledgeable, and most of all, so very caring, is a blessing beyond words. Thanks you!
